A grid view in stand alone that lists the amount of contacts for a fund with the amount of students assigned to that fund.

We have stewardship standalone. I am looking for a way to better track the status of impact statement submissions for funds that have contacts in the system.

We have many endowed funds that do not have active contacts in BBSM but we still want the students in the system in case we discover a contact later on. Currently there is no grid view that lists the amount of students and contacts linked to a fund. I am requesting a grid view that has student fund information that also shows how many contacts are associated with that fund.

For example, if I have 10 funds in the system and only 9 have contacts, and I am missing 3 student impact statements, I want to know if one of the 3 missing impact statements is for a fund we do not currently have a contact for, if that is the case that missing impact statement is a much lower priority than the other 2.

Got it - so the Funds grid only helps this request if it shows 0 publishable statements and at least 1 contact. But if you know a handful of recipients haven't submitted an impact statement yet, you're looking for a way to quickly prioritize which ones to follow-up with, based on which ones are associated to a fund with a contact.

    Thanks for clarifying!

    Hi Carrie,

Thanks for this! I am actually looking for something on the recipeint grid that would list if there is a contact associated with a particular fund a reciepient was awarded. For example, if Jane Doe, recipient of the John Smith Scholarship, is still outstanding on her requirements I want to be able to tell if we have a contact for the John Smith Scholarship. If there is no contact I can lower the priority of reminders to the student. But if the John Smith Scholarship has a contact listed I want to be able to add Jane to my reminder list. I am happy to have a call about this if email is still unclear.

    Thanks!

    Christine

Hi Christine, I apologize for my very delayed response. I somehow missed this request!

The Funds grid includes a column for number of contacts as well as number of publishable statements. "Publishable statements" represents submitted impact statements. Is that what you're asking for here? Let me know if I'm misunderstanding.
