If PDF reports time out, update status out of | Enhancement Requests

If PDF reports time out, update status out of "pending"

Occassionaly, PDF reports will appear to be stuck in "pending" when an error occurred, rather than timing out and showing a status of "failed".

It'd be helpful to know that an error occurred, rather than continuing to check for the report.
