Adding additional customized donor communication templates.

Would really like the ability to add customized donor e-mails that would allow us to send bulletins.

    Hi Carrie,
    I was referring to e-mail communication. We are only allowed the pre-formatted e-mails. I would like to be able to customize additional e-mails.

    I apologize for the delayed response, I'm not sure how we missed this one!

    Can you help me understand the scenario behind this request? I'm wondering how a bulletin email for donors might be different from the current donor report email?
