Enable more merge fields to be inserted into the cover letter.

Cover letter only inserts contact name (which is the Display Name) into the cover letter. I would like to insert a personalized salutation field for our cover letter from the dean.

    This does not solve the problem of inserting personalized salutations, but the way I got around this is by importing a salutation name that I created outside of Award Management and then mapping that to Contact Salutation on the contact import configuration page.
