New Message Templates + Saving Old Message Templates

Ability to add more message templates for recipients and donors so administrators don't have to work off the same message template. Ability to save templates of messages in past years so users can refer back to old messages.

    More message templates! Ability to set message template series based on scope. Very annoying and cumbersome to have to use a Word .doc to keep track of all my different versions of emails.
