At our institution, students do not apply for specific scholarships, and they may receive multiple scholarships. In this new system, a student with three scholarships would receive three separate automated emails for each scholarship, and would need to follow each link separately to fill out a profile for each scholarship in order for their info to be tied to each scholarship report.

We need one submission per student that gets tied to all of the scholarships the student is assigned to. Ideally, one email would capture all scholarships the student is assigned to, and there needs to be one submission/profile per student that can populate into any fund that the student is assigned to. We don't our students to have to fill out the same information multiple times. Thank you!
