Allow live links to images the ability to be downloaded in excel report.

Each year, we submit an excel spreadsheet of all Post Acceptance completed to our Development Office for reporting purposes. Part of the Post Acceptance requirement for a scholarship award is that a student submit a picture to be provided to the donor. Currently, images can only be downloaded into a image folder. I need to put the live image link in the excel report for Development. This means that I am currently clicking each image for all 600+ scholarship recipients, opening the link to the image, and copying them one by one into the spreadsheet. There has got to be a way to export live links in excel, as we can any report.

    Thanks, Dallas.

    When you download from the Post Acceptance grid, if you don't check the box to download documents, the spreadsheet should include the link to each document that you see within each grid. You might still have to do some cleanup, as the html will be included (such as <a target=...) but a find and replace in excel should help.
