Stewardship System Admins are able to delete scopes created by other users - including those created by System Admins and other users.
Become User for this Stewardship System Admin: https://maryt.academicworks.com/admin/users/64
Note that you have the ability to change the name of this scope and the ability to delete it:

According to the documentation Stewardship System Admins "can only edit Scopes they have created." It seems unlikely that a client would want a Stewardship System Admin to be able to delete a scope created by the System Admin, since the System Admin is the highest role.

I need to address this with Wisconsin during our Stewardship Training on 8/19/19. Don't know if this is a bug or if the documentation is incorrect.

Thanks, Mary. We're thinking this is a bug. I created a Jira ticket for engineering to take a look - https://jira.blackbaud.com/browse/BBAM-3312
