Our KB documentation states that "the History button will show related information regarding the user..." but if you log in as a Stewardship System Admin and click on the History button of a user you have access to view, it says "There haven't been any changes made to this item yet" which is not true.
It seems that this button should either be removed so that Stewardship System Admins can't see/click on it, or we should display the user history to them.
Example: This user has history which you can see when logged in as a Super User, System Admin or Opportunity Admin and click on the History button:

However, if you log in as a Stewardship System Admin, even though you can navigate to this user, if you click on the History button it tells you there is not history.
Example, Become User for this Stewardship System Admin: https://wisc.academicworks.com/admin/users/112344
Now navigate to this user: https://wisc.academicworks.com/admin/users/88149
and click on the History button - it says there is no history, which is misleading.
