Include cover letter and bulletins with each individual donor report in mass download.
When downloading the donor reports, we wanted to include a cover letter and bulletins. But when we did the mass donor report download, there was only one cover letter and bulletin at the beginning, it wasn't included with every single report, which is what we need.
