Add URL Field Type to Impact Statement Fields

When creating impact statements fields for students to complete, you can use the URL question type. However, if a student provides a URL, the value doesn't appear as a clickable link in the donor portal

Fix link formatting in student survey emails Merged

When sending the student survey, the link looked broken because the blue/underline formatting didn't cover the entire link. Blackbaud fixed it for some of the emails, but I want to make sure this doesn't happen again.
