Background:  Currently, the donor wall includes all donors, and there is now ay to display a filtered group of donor profiles.  Large decentralized universities would like to be able to display organized donor walls, based on the department they are being recognized by. 

User Story:  As an administrator, I want to be able to filter down the donor wall, so I can publicly display a limited group of donor profiles.
