Ability to add text instead of just a date as the snapshot "name"

Problem: If there are no bulletins, the first thing you see on a donor report is the snapshot date which client says is confusing for donors who have never seen an endowment report before. Client thinks it would be better to be able to be able to enter something like "Financials for Year Ending 6/30/18" which is more "donor friendly."
