Would like Scopes Copied from Scholarship Management to Stewardship

WISC though scopes would copy down from SM to STM.  This will be some upkeep as the OA's will not be the ones working in STM therefor, if a scholarship is added by an admin they will need to contact a Stewardship Admin to go in and add the scopes and do the same if one has changed.  This will be very difficult to keep in sync.

UPDATE to above: Stewardship roles DO NOT have scope limitations, as I recently saw when working with a stewardship officer in our School of Public Affairs. I had set his permissions, but he was still seeing everything until I removed the stewardship role! We also need this limitation on the stewardship roles. :(

Agreed! UCLA had over 2000 opportunities our database BEFORE the stewardship scopes were added (clients since 2014 or earlier). I no longer receive emails with product updates, so only recently saw the stewardship role finally had scope limitations (Which, yay, I've been requesting it since 2016 or something! :)) I could NOT understand why all 6772 of my awards did not have scopes and my stewardship staff couldn't see any of the recipient information!?! Even the bulk update function is clunky and piecemeal to fix this many awards. I don't have any scenarios where the stewardship role needs to have different scopes then the one(s) on the opportunity, so having these carryover, would save me a lot of work in having to follow-up behind my opportunity admins to add the stewardship scope as each award is made. Seems very redundant.

To clarify, UWPlatt would like the AM Scopes automatically copied over to SM by default.

Please see similar request from Mary (on behalf of cofc) in the merged enhancement. She also requested fund scopes be added to the portfolios funds report, to help the process of validating that everything is in sync.

Please add Cape Fear Community College Foundation to this request.

They would like any changes made to Scopes on Portfolios to also change those Scopes on Funds.

Seems like this would need to be a feature that could be turned on or off, as some clients don't want the updates to flow to STM. Possibly an Attach/Detach to portfolio feature?

Please add Wayne State to this request.  They constantly are adding new scholarship and would love it the scopes copied similar to donors to funds.
