We have donors who do not use email, and we can only track the automatic report of who we have emailed the report to. We need to also see if we have printed & mailed the report to have an accurate reflection of who has been sent the donors report.

I did what Marie suggested! I created a "Delivery Method" contact field and wrote Mailed Also, Mailed Only. Worked well!
Couldn't you just create a new contact field to track this? Since printing and mailing is handled completely outside of Award Management, the system would have no automated way of knowing that once you generate a donor report it was then downloaded, printed, and mailed. You would have to provide that information in a new contact field.
